Beer I tried and liked: Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout

I couldn’t wait all day to drink a Brooklyn lager on tap. When my order came to the table it was all dark and had a thick cream colored head. They gave me the Black Chocolate Stout because they switched out the lager for the winter. Whatever, I tried it and really liked it.

Now, I don’t know much about beer so I’m not going to claim to give you a pro critique just my honest opinion. It was really hearty and aromatic in the glass and at first taste. I could sense some strong malty flavors and the aftertaste was a good mix of chocolate and coffee. I’d drink it again.
